There's a glut of snow-ploughs here. They're like buses - you wait ages then loads come at once.

Started snowing 2 days ago, not a single snow-plough. Stopped snowing 3 hours ago, along came a snow-plough and cleared the roads. Then along came another which would have cleared the roads had there been anything to clear. Then came another, then another, then another. 9 now in the last 3 hours. It's gone midnight here, there isn't a single vehicle on the roads other than a convoy of snow-ploughs.

I don't belieeeeve it!!! 10 now. The damned things turned round at the end of the road and come back again. Oh for *****'s sake - a tractor with a plough on it. This is no exaggeration - 3 in the time it took to write this.

It's a quiet country road, it's not even a bus route. There's about 20 houses on the entire length of the road.
