Does anyone know about El Cobalto?

It was around 1983. A radiation therapy machine was taken from the US to Mexico. It was recycled into scrap metal, but it had cobalt-60 in it. The contaminated metal was then made into rebar and shipped back to the US, Canada, and all over Mexico. Does anyone else have any more info, pics, video, or audio about it? I need it for a documentary presentation.

Thanks. But I'm specifically looking for video and pictures of Vicente Sotelo, the man who took the machine.
