so, theres this guy. and we've been going out on and off for almost two years. i have been in love with him for so long, but after many months, he cut it off. its been a while since we broke up and the other day he said still he loved me but he's going to wait until valentines day for us to start going out, so that way it is more special (he is very romantic like that). he still gives me hugs in the hallways and he kisses me on my forehead and he calls me things like cutie and beautiful and he's always around me. but he is always going out on friday nights with his friends, and there are girls there who give him lapdances and lay on him and stuff. even though we aren't going out yet, should i be worried? does he honostly love me even if this is happening? i'll make sure girls lay off him when we go out, but is this just his way of having a little bit of last fun before he's no longer available?

you make sure what a guy does no matter what you do and even if you are all over him , you'll just push him away. clearly the reason he wants to get back together on valentine's day is so he can prepare himself to no longer be single while still making you think that he is being romantic... the real question is y did u guys break up in the first place? guys cant be trusted no matter what.... even if you think u got a really good one, yes i do believe there are ones better than others, but face it, they are pretty much all scum... idk if he honestly loves u i have never met the guy, that is for u to figure out and sometimes u'll never know...
that's as much advice as i can give
please dont work yourself over this to the point it just tires u out
good luck

Please have a little self-respect and don't waste another second of your life on this player.
What is wrong with you, that you are interested in a guy who is so clearly a pig?
Are you serious that you think it's "romantic" that he wants to wait until Valentine's Day to "start going out" when you've already known/dated him for 2 years and have broken up?? Are you serious about being "in love" with this clown, who is so obviously playing the field? If you think he's just going out with "his friends" on Friday nights, then you deserve what you get, girl. You think he just wants to "have a little bit of last fun before he's no longer available" but trust me, this guy will *always* be available to the next little hottie that comes along.

If you think this is romantic you are delusional. He is not having all the fun he can so that he can be with you. He's having all the fun he can and not planning on committing anytime soon. He's just playing you and keeping you at his disposal.

Yes I think it is. You should be careful though if he does that often.
If girls do that normally when you guys are going out and he doesn't say "no" then you should break up with him. Tell him how you feel about those girls.

I think he's just having fun before the relationship, just make sure he's not in love with one of them.

yes true to himself he only wants you when it suits him, why wait till V/D any day would be special if he truly loved you...
ditch him dont be used any more you deserve better, he only calls you those names to keep you sweet, its a shame your love isnt being returned, find someone else who will return it unconditionally hun....
good luck
