taker her out to lunch get her out of the house and more active it will take her mind off of the sit. for a bit =] and will cheer her up. and also it will show how much you care. plus im sure the only good thing in that relationship was her.

Tell her he wasn't worth her time and that she deserves better than that. Life is too short to live with regret, so get someone who really loves you and keep your chin up because so many people sould be a lucky as you to have your looks and figure and it will mean a lot more to you in future to have someone who really cares. Tell her that there's a Heart, out there. That's beating to her Tune. She may not understand it. But if she listens to her own Heart. She'll find him! That's where the Best Relationships are started from.

well you should tell her that you hate to see her like this and that she didnt deserve to go through this and that she should move on there are lots over guys that are so good for her and then take her out somewhere and buy her chocolate that always makes me feel better

Point out anythng about him that was not so great..Reassure her that we will feel deeply for someone again and they will be even better than him..so it will be better.
tell her you love her...and that he was a fool not to see how special she is and it is "his loss"
