Get a whole chicken, make sure its defrosted and inards are taken out. This is the most simple but best tasting bake chicken you will ever have.
Put Garlic salt, pepper, rosemary and garlic powder in the chicken. Massage the seasoning to the skin and inside. Drizzle with a little bit of olive oil.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour depending how big just check ... last 15 mins of the baking process, put butter all over chicken, this will make the skin crispy. When done, you can use the drippings as gravy.
Get the drippings, put in saucepan, add milk and flour depending on consistency you want. Taste and if needed add salt or pepper. Trust me its like awesome and simple.

here is a great way; preheat oven to 350* F
mix together, 1/4 tspn salt, 1/4 tspn fresh ground pepper, SMALL pinch cayenne pepper, place chicken in oiled glass baking pan. sprinkle seasoning over top, squeeze lime juice over that. Bake for 15-20 minutes for bonless breasts or 20-30 for thighs. Remove from oven, cover with foil, and let set for 15 minutes. Enjoy!

Place in a baking pan. Put an onion in the cavity if it is a whole chicken, use garlic too if you have it. My favorite secret is to spoon some undiluted frozen orange juice in there. Cover it with aluminum foil and bake as usual. The orange juice gives it a great taste! If you line the pan with the foil, cleanup is very easy.

I take 4 boneless, skinless breasts & lay each one in the center of a good size piece of foil. Over that, I pour over some italian dressing or cream of mushroom soup ( whichever I'm in the mood for ) add a pat of butter to each one, then fold & seal. Bake @ 375 or so til done ( check after about 25 minutes) Serve with your favorite sides......for some reason I always make mashed potatoes & baby peas whenever I do chicken........

Well, the best way would be to stuff it and roast it. But the quickest way would be to have the chicken all cut up in its pieces and baste it with whatever sauce you want or use that shake and bake stuff if you don't have time to make your own crumbs....
