Well, for severe dry skin, I would recommend several things. One thing that you could do is to drink more water. Another thing that could work is lotion. You may want to stick with non-scented or lightly scented lotion until you get the dry skin under control because the perfume could aggravate your skin even more. I'd try anything from Vaseline or Nivea for very dry skin. Hope this helps! Feel better :)

I have found using a Sorbolene Cream with 10% Glycerin and Vitamin E Moisturiser helps. This product can be used as a soap substitute
