It really depends on what you normally take. You build up a resistance to any medication you take over a long period of time. So if you normally take ibuprophen you need to choose an aspirin.
Goodys powders work very well for me which is what I take most of the time.

Tylenol, aspirin, Aleve, ibuprophen... there's lots of them.
Another thing that helps is to sit quietly in a darkened room for 10-20 min.

My mom and I always use Tiger Bomb, that always works for us. Except it burns my eyes a little for about a minute, but thats what I usually use. Just rub it on your forhead and within ten or twenty minutes it will be gone
