What's so great about the CHI?
I mean, is it really that good?!
What does it do for your hair?

Nothing! Go to some drug store and buy a ceramic! It does the same thing actually even better, and for less than half the price too! Just make sure that you can adjust the temp. on it! Use the lowest heat that'll get the job done. If you don't you'll ruin your hair!

I may be in the minority here but I actually liked my "Wigo" ceramic flat iron better.... it was only $30 and was shaped the same, had the same ceramic coating (and CHI's are not 100% ceramic by the way) and had heat settings that my CHI does not. The Wigo lasted me about 4 years before it died but that's because I would constantly drop it off the bathroom counter! LOL Anyway, I got my CHI on ebay for about $60--- but my next flat iron will probably be just a regular ceramic iron.

It's expensive so you know that tells you it's nice. It's not just a cheap little conair hair dryer. They are super nice. And they work.

I think its a waste of money, i mean $100+ for a hair straightener. You won't see me buying one.

It doesn't damage your hair as much as the cheap flat irons do.
