After being groomed and clipped to close along the top of his snout, little Curly has what looks like a white crusty mold or chunky fungus in those burned spots.

It may be a scab, but if it is a burn there, it could be an infection. You may want to take him to the vets to get it checked out.

And charge the groomers for the bill, seeing as they are the ones that burned your dog.

My dog chews rawhide bones, and often times after chewing it for a while, her saliva mixes with the white dye. It dries on her nose and makes a crusty coating. This could be what your dog has on his nose.

A dry nose on a dog often indicates the animal is not getting enough water.

Dried boogers/sweat. And maybe some actual mold. It's most likely normal.

that's totally everyday, do not freak. that's sparkling liquid that is meant to cleanse your vag. and frequently dries off. it may help you to placed on a pantyliner for good hygiene. =)
