Within the ten commandments it is stated not to kill, but all throughout the Bible God murdered. I realize that people will state that God created us, but then does that mean that if I create a clone of myself I can murder it? What then about abortion, if both parties (the man and woman) agree to abort, they created the fetus, then they should have the right to abort it (or what many religious people think of as murder)?

Patrone07: So God lives by the statement of "do as I say not as I do". So in other words he is a hypocrite, a perfect hypocrite, but still one all the same.

It is interesting isn't ? That God expects us to be more moral than he is. What's even more interesting is all these worms that says it's alright, giving him a pass on it. More hypocrisy from the Christian religion.

God is the suitable and holy decide. He would not kill the righteous, however the unrighteous. that's their sentence for their sin. Take Sodom and Gomorrah working example. They have been evil, wicked, and wicked human beings. So God destroyed the two cities as their judgement. As for sending human beings to hell, i could desire to point you to Ezekiel 18:32: "For I have not any exhilaration in the loss of life of all of us who dies," publicizes our lord god. "consequently repent and stay." God gave us a thank you to freedom and existence. it incredibly is our very own fault if we don't hear and settle for His loose present. and additionally approximately Isaac, God did no longer lie. He instructed Abraham to bypass and grant his son as a sacrifice, as a attempt of Abraham's faith. And besides, whether Abraham had sacrificed his son, could no longer God carry Isaac back to existence? after all, God did make a covenant with Abraham that He could make many countries from Isaac. And God is incapable of mendacity. God did no longer have intercourse with Mary. He gave her a baby without intercourse, to fulfill the prophesies approximately Jesus. i understand you're able to say that's no longer feasible, yet that's thoroughly feasible for the God who created the full universe. God does keep on with "his very own rules". he's acceptable and holy; he's the only one that could ever thoroughly keep on with "his very own rules". That being suggested, who're we to question God in the 1st place? What top does the introduction could question the author?

God is the Judge....we are not. He said not to kill but the penalty for sin is DEATH. If He is the one who gives us life then He has every right to take it away especially if that person is not only choosing to go against Him but to teach other people to do that as well. Sinning seperates us from God which causes death since He is the giver of life.

Well, when God told us not to kill, it's like telling your child not to drink alcohol. It's fine if YOU drink, because you know when to stop and your limits. You're the judge.

In the same way, God is the Judge, and is worthy to pass judgment on all of creation.

because god is in many respects, nothing more than a personification of the universe and it's complexities that we cannot yet understand. god is not acctually the old guy in the sky we all visualize, but a force of nature (weather you belive there is any conciousness to that or not is up to you.) he does not follow our rules, because he is not a person. don't kill, don't steal, etc.... these are rules that apply to society.... to civilized life... not nature.

God is JUST and PERFECT. WE are not. WE are sinners, and the wages of SIN is death. But GOD saved us from that eternal DEATH so that we may have LIFE with HIM eternally. Don't trouble your simple mind with anything deeper than that.
