Definitely. As a university girl, I can assure you that most of us would die for a simple, SINCERE compliment. There is nothing more attractive than a confident man with something to say to me. There is nothing more flattering than a few kind words, provided the flirting is done in a respectful, non-aggressive and friendly manner.

I'm 19 and a sophomore in college, and a female, and yes I like to be flirted with. As long as he isn't an old creep that is old enough to be my father or anything...

I'm 22 and I don't really care for it myself. I think the way most guys go about it is often presumptuous, rude, and immature.
