Each person must be responcibile for their actions and not look to some ancient figure to pay the price for their screw ups!

If you get drunk you'll feel hung over, if you waste your money you will be broke! Cause and effect is real. Salavtion is NOT!

The correct number to answer in the limit of number you give, is none of them. Because 1. Jesus did fulfill all the Messianic prophecy's regarding Messiah Ben Joseph [which is the suffering Messiah] when Jesus walked the earth. 2. Jesus did embody all the requirements of the Messiah. 3. The Scriptures are more accurate than any other book. 4. Jesus is revealed personally, it's whosoever believes on the Name of Jesus will be saved. A nation may try directed by leaders but it's up to the individual to direct the heart. Many and almost every Christian in the beginning was Jewish. 5. Jewish theology is the same as Christian theology, the New Testament only explains the Old Testament more fully such as Jesus fulling prophecy and and the new Covenant. 6. Jews and Gentiles. The true Jews are people circumcised of heart and believers in the One True God. Gentiles are the uncircumcised and unbelievers. At the first the Hebrews were the race chosen of God to bring the seed of the Messiah to birth on the earth and the Gentiles were heathen [unbelievers] and God chose to bring in the Gentile nations that all people would be saved and to make the Jews jealous for God. Now the Christian age is coming to an end and the Jewish people are starting to recognize Jesus as the Messiah many are accepting Him.[Messiah Ben David] is coming back, the King of the king of kings and Lord of the lord or lords.

What I've learned from Jewish Rabbis is that they do not believe Jesus is the Messiah because he did not fulfill the Messianic prophecies, where as Christians say, "He will fulfill the rest of the prophecies when he returns."

In other words, Jesus was a would-be Messiah. There were, in fact, several would-be Messiahs who got a LOT more press during their lifetime, but faded into the background when the idea of Jesus as the Messiah began to spread (after his death/disappearance).

First of all I believe Jesus does fulfill the messianic prophecies, which is why I'm a Christian and not Jewish.
At the time of Christ walking the earth, the Jews were expecting the Messiah to set up a kingdom, make them free, and rule all here on earth. When Jesus came he did all of those things, but it was in Heaven, not here on earth. They were waiting for their earthly riches instead of heavenly rewards.
God sent the Jews ten simple laws, and then men came behind him and added to them. They placed restriction that the Lord never intended to be in The Laws. Jesus followed God's Law and not the laws that men had added to it.
It's so easy to cry "mistranslation", but when you are reading the original Hebrew there isn't anything to translate. The Old Testiment talks of Jesus weither you read it in English. Spanish, Latin, or Hebrew.

All of those statements are wrong. Jesus has fulfilled about 334 Messianic prophecies, the rest He will fulfill when He returns. The critics take verses out of context and say that Jesus did not fulfill certain prophecies, but that is not true because they are mistranslating those verses. Jesus also fulfilled many foreshadowings. Jesus is the only person in history who perfectly fits the messianic prophecies. www.jewsforjesus.com

Jewish theology CONTRADICTS BIBLICAL TRUTH.

I don't read a translation, so you can't blame poor translations... some do exist.

Jesus DID fulfill ALL the prophecies, Jews MISINTERPRETED many of them.

Luke 24:25 Jesus said to them, “How foolish you are! How long it takes you to believe all that the prophets said! 26 Didn’t the Christ have to suffer these things and then receive his glory?”
27 Jesus explained to them what was said about himself in all the Scriptures. He began with Moses and all the Prophets.
28 The two men approached the village where they were going. Jesus acted as if he were going farther.
29 But they tried hard to keep him from leaving. They said, “Stay with us. It is nearly evening. The day is almost over.” So he went in to stay with them. 30 He joined them at the table. Then he took bread and gave thanks. He broke it and began to give it to them. 31 Their eyes were opened, and they recognized him. But then he disappeared from their sight.
32 They said to each other, “He talked with us on the road. He opened the Scriptures to us. Weren’t our hearts burning inside us during that time?” 33 They got up and returned at once to Jerusalem. There they found the Eleven and those with them. They were all gathered together. 34 They were saying, “It’s true! The Lord has risen! He has appeared to Simon!” 35 Then the two of them told what had happened to them on the way. They told how they had recognized Jesus when he broke the bread.

You want Christians to account for the fact that the Jews did not accept Jesus as the Messiah? Do you see anything wrong with this?

Instead, would you please account for the illegal trial of Jesus according to Jewish law?

None. it was to fullfill the prophecy. Jewish rejection allowed the rest of the gentile world to be saved! At the end, most jews will recognized Jesus as their messiah.

I have come in My Father's name, and you do not receive Me; if another comes in his own name, you will receive him" John 5:43
