i liked this boy for a couple months and he liked me back. and the night before christmas [christmas eve] he told me he was falling in love with me. && then about a week or two later we got in this HUGE fight. and havent talked ever since. which was January 4th. and today i just found out that he asked someone else out. and i cried. and i'm soo upset. if i dont even like him anymore why am i upset??

it's deflated your ego...realizing even though you are over him, he has gotten over you just as quick and moved on. You'd probably like to think he still had feelings for you, instead of finding someone else quickly

Even though you had a huge fight, you probably still like (or love!) and miss him being around to talk to and just to be with. Now that he's asked someone else out, you probably feel betrayed or hurt or just upset because it's nice to feel wanted by someone, especially if that someone told you that he LOVED you not long ago! It's totally understandable that you feel upset.

Because it's not about him, it's the fact that he's over you. It hurts to think someone can love you, leave you alone and like someone else in like a month. It feels better to imagine that you had such an impact on them that they are still thinking about you.

because you Were falling in love with him.. or at least the IDEA of him. but then he just changed his mind and went to someone else. (same thing Just happened to me in fact) and you miss that feeling he made you feel special. you got mad at him and started to let go of those feelings.. but you still have those feelings for him because you are in healing still. you miss it.

You now know that he has gotten over you and you don't like that feeling, even though you don't have any feeling over him anymore you still had some feelings for him in your heart. You just didn't know about them.

well probably because when u c him u remember the good times u have and its hard for ur mind to procces the facts that hes not with you any more. part of u is still hanging on. good luk

You don't like him anymore, but you hoped he still likes you, and you didn't like the idea that he found someone "better" - which she might not be...

because you thought you didn't like him anymore but really you love him. all that time you just pushed him to the back of your mind and tried to forget, but you hurt inside, you just didn't realize.
