Ok here's something that confuses me and has me extremely curious. Every crips flavour seem to have the "suitable for vegetarian" sign on it at the back, even beef, chicken, ribs etc.
How can they be suitable for vegetarian?

true. its only a chemical flavouring similar to the meat, or more often, the herbs usually ascociated with the meat.
marmite, a yeast extract, and mint, could be beef, with mint sauce, when you look at the packet picture, and a phycological connection is made. Try eating crisps blindfold, and guess the tase! you'l get the herbs, and ascotiations, but not the meat!
Interestingly, there is one, like cheese and onion, or something, that is actually not vegitarian!

Because they use flavorings, nothing to do with the animal itself. They are purely synthetic flavours and are a bit like an airfreshner not having any actual flowers in it!

Are you some sort of nut ?? (unsalted ,of course) you never
heard of 'E' numbers? Crisps are very thin potatoes, fried
in the cheapest oil possible, then flavoried by LOADES of
E numbers, saturated in salt, once again, bagged
and presented to the Public .....tasty but lethal .....
Vegetarian ?????????? can you seen any meat in the above?

Because its only flavouring that are used which do not come from any animal, I have no idea how they make up these flavourings tho, it makes you wonder what is actually going into our foods tho.

Although there`s no meat products in crisps i feel the manufacturer should take lessons in becoming more sensitive to vegetarian issues

I imagine that they have only chemical flavourings in. look on the ingredients next time you have a bag. I bet they are mostly E numbers!

Did you know that if you eat a pack of crisps a day you will consume (and therefore "pass") 5 litres of oil a year. Gross
