If the person was 'born blind' then they don't 'see' their dreams at all, but can only 'hear' and feel them ... but if the person was born 'seeing' and went blind when s/he was 'older' then s/he still 'sees' in the dreams s/he has after 'going blind.'

Nothing. If the brain can't transmit visions to your eyes, then you can't see dreams.
