a bearing from a motorcycle engine. and I have the engine casing in the cooker to heat it up so the bearing gets cold and shrinks the casing gets hot and expands they then fit together easily and are tight when the temperatures are the same (thought I had better explain why I had the bearing in the fridge)

the little blue goblin that eats the mould off the bacon,
he sits on the door shelf to drink the rotten milk.
