Eagles have no natural predators. There are no animals that regularly hunt and eat eagles - they are consider apex predators (think of a pyramid - everything eats something, and is eaten by something else, until the very top - that's an apex predator.) Lions, sharks, crocodiles, and humans are all apex predators. Eagles are Apex predators too. Their numbers diminish as the prey numbers go down, although they are very opportunistic, eating other birds, fish, mice, rabbits, even small goats.
Man is obviously capable of killing eagles. Native Americans did so for religious ceremonies (although they were also considered sacred), and they were hunted (although that has been illegal for decades). Pesticides and chemical inadvertently destroyed many eagles by thinning their shells to the point they were so brittle the mother eagle would crush the eggs when trying to incubate. Most of these threats have been overcome and the eagle has been making a remarkable comeback over the last 20 years or so.

Large eagle owls have been known to kill eagles during the night. also eagles will kill each other and ground dwelling predators will attack eagles if they are disadvantaged.
