i really like this guy and he likes me too...but everytime we talk he doesn't do anything. I don't know why he doesn't ask me out becasue i mean we really like each other and im not going to ask him...i like the guy to do it! unless somebody has really good advice. How can i get him to ask me out?!

Is the guy shy? If he is, you might have to abandon your principles of the guy asking the girl out if you really like him.
If not, you might want to give more obvious clues that you like him.

Why not go slow, get to know him via the phone or the internet. He also may be hesitating to ask you out because he may not be able to go out for lack of money or personal transport.
Once you've established some solid "getting -to-know-one-another" time, then you could initiate a group outing with your friends and his friends. A trip to the mall, cosmic balling, ice-skating, going to some pizza joint, attending a sports event, something non-threatening. Save the movies for later, when you are more comfortable with each other.

For one, you need to stop waiting around for guys to do the asking. I mean, honestly, as you get older, you'll realize that it takes men forever to do just about anything. Part of calling yourself mature(if you even consider yourself mature) is acting it. Asking a guy out isn't going to cause the earth to rotate off it's axis. Just ask him out...maybe he's waiting for you to ask him....but do it fast or another girl will and you'll wish you would have opened your mouth.

Boys usually ALWAYS ask the girl out, but sometimes there nervous. You should say like "Hey I was wondering if you wanted to go out sometime" Or be original and ask a friend to ask him.

yea just make slow transitions like first, meet him somewhere.....
like a quite place Cafe Starbucks library...to do some research or discusion in an area that he understands well .....men love being recognized understood and received u just need to find what level works political spiritual emotional opinionitave...ect.
then next time save gas by picking him up vice versa......find out his love language there are 5 of them. words of affirmation, gifts, acts of service, quality time,physical touch. and stimulate them you may also want to give him signs as to what yours are or demonstrate that somehow

Ok whats the deal! Is it when he's around his friends or what. Is he ashamed? Is he scared? He probably wants to know how you feel...reassurance. Hint to him thats what you want. You could always be talking to your friend that you like the guy to do it when he's in listening distance.

Boys are stupid. It's a proven fact. does he even know how you feel? because if you haven't flat out told him chances are he has no idea you like him. other wise it's just going to take time for him to get up the courage.

ANYWAY, if he does really actually like you, he may be waiting for Valentines day to make a move, so wait, or maybe kiss him on that day?
or just touch his thigs and whisper "I really like you" and he'll either faint or fall in love with you

the guy is shy , he likes you alot but he is shy. look take it form me , i am a shy person, all you have to do is talk to him more. become a best friend. when you two start to talk more and have fun trust me he will ask you out.

hey...do not ask him out because its going 2 seem like u really want him or u really need him...so my advice 2 u is too give him clues.....like if y'all on the phone "say i really like this dude but i'm waiting for him 2 ask me out" and if he asked "who is the dude say " its u but please don't feel like u have 2 ask me, if u don't want 2 then u don't have 2"
