Absolutely !!! You can even crush potato chips in the food processor (especially sour cream & onion) for a wonderful taste !!!

Biscuit mix will work as well such as "bisquick".

Pancake Chicken

Yes, you can do that. I'd suggest using a slightly stronger seasoning mix, however. For about a cup of flour, I generally use about a teaspoon each of paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. With the pancake mix or biscuit mix, I add about half again as much of each seasoning, or sometimes I'll even double it.

Sure, as long as it's not sweetened or have blueberries in it. Then again, might make an interesting new fried chicken craze. I use Bisquick for breading chicken and porkchops instead of flour anyway because I think it has a better taste. Good luck!

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

The technical difference is that the pancake mix has leavening agents added to it. Those chemicals won't do anything in the oil, so you shouldn't notice any difference but the higher price.

yes and it will give you a little sweeter taste, you can also use bread crumbs, or cornmeal. I like to mix it up when I am cooking. The pancake mix is also good on fish in case anyone is interested.

Ya know what? That sounds like a plan! I think I'll try that next time I fry chicken. Thanks for the idea. Good luck and happy eating!
