Is this a math question? Well, either way, it can be.

a 9 inch by 13 inch baking pan is 117 squre inches. (Length x Width = Area, 9 x 13 = 117)

An 8" circle pan is approximately 50.24 square inches, so two would be approximately 100.5 square inches.
(Area = pi * r^2, Area = pi * (.5*8)^2, Area = 50.24)

So... the answer is no. (Assuming the pans are the same depth)

What would be equivalent? Probably nothing that is an industry standard size.

But using two 4.5 x 6.5 baking pans would be equivalent.

Simply fill the 9x13 with water then pour it between the two 8 inchers... DO they hold the same amount ??

They are close enough for me... I even substitute 9 inch round pans, depending upon what I grab from my cupboard first.

Experiment to get what works for YOU !!

For me, Yes.

But to be real specific and accurate, measure the cups in each
see what you have.
