Driving History Point Reduction in Connecticut?

Can you suggest any driver’s school program or any courses in Connecticut to reduce point on driver’s history? What is the law in Connecticut about point reduction? Do they reduce it every year you don’t violate any law? Do I have to take court’s permission to go to driving school or take a course? Thanks

I know how to drive. I have a valid driver's license and drive for the last 13 years. I am asking about reducing the violation points on license. Thanks
