Visit her at the shop where she works. Buy something from her and carry on a light-hearted, simple conversation. Don't be too aggressive or act too familiar with her, though. Act like a regular customer. She might have an ID badge or something to identify her to customers, so at the end of the transaction say, "Thanks a lot for your help, Miss So-and-so." (Note: if she's married, she may correct you).

Allow some time to pass, perhaps three days, and "accidentally" bump into her when she takes her break/lunch and say "Hi."
