There has to be some respect for each others privacy, You are going to have to quit being so shy, and just let her know that all that noise is too distracting for you, cant sleep. I guarantee you, if that was you making all this noise, no matter what the noise was (sexual or otherwise), she wouldnt waste time comming and telling you, i promise you shed be right there telling you to quiet down. She may even come in while you are doing it, and tell you. So dont give it another thought, if it bothers you that much, TELL HER!! Good luck. (If it persist after you say something, get another roomie, and this time let them know what YOUR policies are in the apt.)

That's rude. You might want to jokingly let her know that you heard it ("So, did YOU have fun last night?"), laughing and making it not such a big deal. Then, say you understand ("Yeah, sex really is great!"). Then, ask her ("Hey, do you think you guys could go to his place next time, though?"'). Keeping it light will avoid conflict. Try not to say anything about how gross it was, nobody likes to be told that they are disgusting, even if it is their sexual noises.
