This is a personal preference, I myself would opt for the toned chick. I think large breasts are way overrated.

I dated a kind of fat yet shapely woman with big breasts (JJcup) because I've always like them big but on this occassion I found my eyes wondering always toward the slim flat chested women where we went.

In the US the answer would generally be the girl with big breasts. The flat girl would be reckoned to be too masculine. Not enough female hormones.
