You don't get a popular girl to like you. You can't get any girl to like you if they don't like you. You have to find a girl who likes you and you like her back. Top line is that if she doesn't like you then you can't make her like you.

first just get her to actually know your name and know who you are: raise your hand in class so that when the teacher calls off your name she will also know it
say hello when you pass her: once a day
or do something to get her to notice you:do a sport or extra activity
be yourself: show what you are interested into
smile to her [that gives her a hint that you like her]
compliment her [say that you like her shoes or pants] [never say shirt because some girls take it in the wrong way thinking that you only like her chest]
you dont have to be popular to be with a popular person: trust me: girls just care about how you are in the inside
it takes time though soo dont think that you will be with her in a day

well it would help to be popular ,and stuff like that, but TALK TO HER, go up to her and say HI. very simply say hi, and then say something like your hair look nice today, or you look pretty today. It going to be hard but then be her friend. Oh and right now since it's almost V-day , you should send her a red rose. saying happy V-day for a friend, and when you see her smile, and look at her eyes, and then say i hope you like my gift.
