The Individual who was issued the traffic ticket took a right hand turn off a main road onto a well paved 45 foot wide three lane back road that is a 1000 feet long which connected to another main road and he was charged with cutting a corner. Can anyone out there believe this rediculous allegation??? The road was clearly marked with official regulatory signage inviting traffic at a reduced rate of speed. How can we prevent the City of Columbia,SC from getting away with this?

So he's innocent? That should be easy then, take pictures of the signage and the area. No problem.

Have a hearing in traffic court. Take in photos and diagrams. Challange the police officer to produce evidence, other than what he says he saw.
