What exactly are romantic curls?

What are romantic curls? are they different from regular curls? how do u do them? thanks.

long spirals. they're not the more wavy, tight kind a lot of people have. u can use curlers, an iron, or sometime,s u can just schrunch it with mousse (only with ceratin hair)

long and loose...I use a wide barrel curling iron to get them.
