I go there at least 7 times a year. Maybe more. I have siblings and relatives in China because I am chinese (and a little russian). I am very strong chinese, too, because my dad is 100% chinese, and my mom is 100% russian but my mom never lived in Russia and has never gone there so we just visit China instead. THankS!

Yes, and we loved the country. We adopted our daughter from China in 2001. The people all over the country were extremely friendly, even though it was a time of international tension (it was right after that collision between the Chinese jet and the US one). Nonetheless, we got smiles, waves, and a "Hello!" from everybody we met, including soldiers.
We visited many places around Beijing, including the Great Wall, Tienanmen Square, etc. Then we picked up our daughter in Changsha (in Hunan), visiting the nearby town where she was born and where her orphanage was (Zhuzhou). It was very exciting seeing the picture of the room where she lived, and her own little crib. Then we went through Guangzhou like all adopting families. Finally, we went through Hong Kong on the way back to the US. In all, we were there two weeks.
Before we went, we had a sign made up that said in Chinese our names, that their country was very beautiful, that we were thankful to be there, and explaining that we were adopting our daughter and taking her home to live with us in the US. Everybody smiled and said "Ah! Meguo! Meguo!" (=USA) when they saw it.
We want to go back in a few years so she can see the country herself including the orphanage where she lived.

I lived in China for a year. I was so excited to come home to Canada at the end of the year but soon after realized that I made a huge mistake. It's so much more fun there, even though we were living in a SUPER DIRTY CITY. (Taiyuan, Shanxi Province). I love everything about China. I got to travel a little while I was there, to Qingdao, Xi'an, Pingyao Ancient City, and Beijing. I miss it very much and hope to go back to visit very soon.

I've been to china a few times and will return this March to Guangdong and then onto Zhejiang Jinhua to visit friends and to attend a wedding. I'll be guest of honor and I'm looking forward to good friends and great foods for a month visit.
I know by the end of that month I long to return to my home in the USA and eat delicious homemade hamburgers and fries once again !

Yep, I've been to China. I've got lots of relatives in Beijing and Shanghai, seeing that I'm fullblooded Chinese. It's one of my favorite places. Great places to visit, from historical sites like the Forbidden City to modern wonders like the Pudong Oriental Pearl Tower. There are loads of traditional festivals and displays of culture. And of course, the food is great.

Seeing as there are well over a billion people in China, I'd say a lot of people have been there.
