You can try those chic slightly messy buns. Or, you can try the ultra high barbie ponytail. Or, you can do a half up half down ponytail and curl the ends. Pigtails that are twisted at the base are really cute too.

If you want to do something in a second, try the stylish wide headbands. You can get them at Nordstrom, Forever21, ect. They look great with side bangs.
Also try a side ponytail with a big flower pinned to the hairband, or a hairband with it there already. Have it on the same side as your bangs, but have earrings that shine, glitter, or reflect light so the other side doesn't seem too plain.
Also try just a regular medium height ponytail with chandelier earrings like some of these: http://www.beadcreation.com/chandelier_earrings.htm
Curls are also a cute look... and a clipped up ponytail is always cute with side bangs.

I just answered another question with the same answer. If I want my hair to look done but pretty I put it in a low off center chigon (bun). You can part it on the side and side sweep the bangs. It is fairly easy to do, just put your hair in a low ponytail (secure), and wrap the hair around the base and put pins in. If you want an undone look you can let some of the ends go out of the bun.

For a casual/cute look you could go with a messy bun, leaving your bangs out. To do this, First put your hair in a basic pony tail. then just grab your heir and pull it up. Add a cute head-band (from clair's, the icing, places like that) if you want, but leave your bangs in front of it. It's really cute and easy! I do it all the time and it looks great with almost any outfit
Tip: don't make it look neat, bcuzthat takes away from the messy part.

Do you know anyone who reads COSMOgirl magazine? If so, borrow one (or a few) issues from them.They MAXAMIZE in quick cute styles. If you don't know anyone who owns/reads it, just go pick a magazine up (it's only about 2 to 3 dollars for an issue). They have GREAT styles that are easy, CUTE, and FAST since its for teens who are USUALLY on the GO.

add some volume to ur hair by teasing it and just curl the ends with a curling with a large barrel. to make it look even cuter put a ribbon!

messy buns
scrunchee doesnt take too long as long as ur hair is wet
clip ur bangs back in the middle of ur hair
tie the middle back but leave out ur bangs

I can easily cut my own hair and never have to worry about it.
I'm guessing your a girl though so it might not work for you.
