My boyfriend doesn't really like sweets, but I don't have the time to make him a full lunch either. Are there any recipes for a dessert or snack, appropriate for Valentine's Day, that isn't too sweet?

A Delicious dessert would be Bananas Foster.

Ingredients:
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
3 ripe bananas, bias-sliced
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon (the fresher the better)
2 tbs. creme de cacao or banana liqueur
1/4 cup rum
2 cups vanilla ice cream

Steps:
1. In a large skillet melt butter; stir in brown sugar until melted. Add bananas. Cook and gently stir over medium heat for about 2 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with cinnamon, stir in creme de cacao.
2 In a large sauce pan heat rum untill it almost simmers. Ignite rum with a long match (or a long lighter). Pour over bananas; stir gently to coat. Spoon sause over ice cream; serve immediately
Start-Finish: about 15 minutes, Yeild: 4

How about banana bread (or date, or cranberry, or even blueberry) baked in a heart-shaped pan" Or bake the batter in muffin cups, and put a candy heart on top after baking--he can remove that.

Or these "Gotta love 'em" crackers:
2 bags oyster crackers, 1 cup vegetable oil, envelope ranch dressing mix, 1 Tbsp garlic powder, 2 Tbsp dill weed.

Pour crackers in a large bowl & set aside.
Whisk the remaining ingredients together in a small bowl & pour over the crackers. Stir very well, until well coated.
Everyone likes these, and you can make them several days ahead.
