Hi !!!

I feel exactly the same way, still don't have fever. I dislike very much to feel like this especially in the mornings, which is very painful!!!

I haven't being sick since last June, and I'm NOT looking forward to be, either!!! When I get sick I get really sick, very high temperature and everything!!!

I know tea of lemon and honey, is very good, but then it irritates my stomach, and then it hurts!!!

Doctors had told me that this symptoms, are due for about a week and they should be clearing up after that. But for some reason I always end up being sick for longer periods of time.

Well I will be drinking my cup of tea anyhow, and chicken broth!!! And I bought this over the counter medication, TYLENOL cold and throat caplets. Thank goodness is Friday!!!

I hope you feel better soon. If you want try this TYLENOL med.
is suppose to be good.

GOOD BLESS YOU & KEEP YOU HEALTHY & HAPPY

A.Z.

A sore, scratchy throat is often the first sign that you're getting sick, and it's a common reason people see their doctors. Only a small portion of sore throats are the result of strep throat. But it's important to identify this bacterial throat infection for a number of reasons. Unlike other causes of sore throat, strep throat is treatable. The bacteria that cause strep throat respond quickly to antibiotics, and treatment stops the infection from spreading to other people.
Throat pain
Difficulty swallowing
Red and swollen tonsils, sometimes with white patches or streaks of pus
Swollen, tender lymph glands (nodes) in your neck
Fever
Headache
Rash

hope you feel better...good luck... drink lots juices and rest....

drink water, get lots of sleep, and if a few days later it still hurts go see your doctor. They can do a quick culture and you'll know the next day whether its strep and you need antibiotics, or if its a cold and you just have to suffer through.

Influenza flu is around. Slices of fresh pineapple with light rhum and a lot of this juice will help. I used to trick with few meals of hot pancakes, but a hot millet dish seems work faster.

okay you might have strep throat, other wise if its the first day, get some zicam, or go to the pharmacist and ask for one of the cold medicines that contain PE or has PE on the box.
