That's absolutely correct. He wonders why you are angry because you haven't told him. And don't just complain, offer a specific solution (e.g. him helping with the cleaning.) Don't expect an offer out of the blue, because it's obviously not coming, especially if you haven't asked for help.

Believe it or not, when I was married, I did about 75% of all the house work (everything), and my ex did about75% of the cooking. I got divorced and I got sole custody of my daughters, and I continued to do housework and cooking and all the projects that is required at school for the girls, I can sew, Iron, and do all the daily duties, and of course work. My kids are now in their teens and they have their share of their work, but I was brought up that way from the very beginning, and many men are not. And still looking for a mate???

No, although my husband is unfortunately a lot like yours, my son is not. He cleans, cooks, does the yard work & all the repairs & maintenance in the house. He also is very involved with his 2 kids & holds a full time job. His wife is a very lucky woman.

Only sensitive, caring, loving husbands offer to help out around the house, even if its something as little as putting the laundry away.

I'm not a clean freak, but when I start cleaning I cant stop, I always wana help too. You should ask for help if you want, people arent gona do things if some else is already doing them.

Not all guys are like this. Does he work hard during the day? If he works really hard then that's the reason. Guys, some guys, take the "I bring home the bacon" role. You should have an agreement and split the chores. Cut him some slack.

Depends...

Men are not very good with subtle hints, so try directly telling him that you want him to help you clean the house.

THAT'S MY HUSBAND.

OR I'LL SPEND 4 HOURS CLEANING IT AND WALK DOWNSTAIRS AND THERE'S MUD/GRASS ALL OVER THE FLOOR AND HE'LL LEAVE IT THERE LIKE HE DOESN'T EVEN SEE IT.
AND HE WONDERS WHY I GET SO IRATE! LIKE I HAVE ANGER ISSUES.
