Your bird will need a variety of fresh fruit and veggies like, corn, peas, spinach, broccoli, carrots, apple, pear, a good quality seed and or bird pellets. Once the babies have hatched add some soft food like cooked oats (water no salt), cooked rice, pasta, a piece plain wholemeal toast. A cuttle bone can't hurt for calcium.
DO NOT FEED THEM GRIT, cockatiels do not need it, no avocado(poison to Birds), no salty or sugary foods, no caffeine, no chocolate. Have a look at the site below, great information on breeding and feeding.

same food but....supplement with egg buscuits (available at pet stores) some people recommend cooked rice, I don't. You can get a mix that you need to cook, it contains pasta, beans, grains...I believe it is called bean-cuisine...that was what it was called when I used it.
fresh green beans, any fresh veggie or fruit...consult your tiel handbook there are somethings they should not eat...avocado is one ...i can't remember the rest off hand.
make sure they have some form of calcium supplement, either the egg buscuits (though that is sometimes not enough) there is a calcium grit made of broken egg shells and such which helps prevent egg binding (consult book on that too...there are signs you need to watch for).
any problems or wierd concerns during the process...contact me on 360.
I'd be glad to help any way I can, tiels are my specialty. (my hen is 22yrs old now, her daughter is 13yrs...the experience was very rewarding!) expect the daddy to do most of the work.....I don't know why, but they love being fathers, extremely devoted!
good luck :)

same food as normal . The hen can use more calcium for egg production. You can get blocks from the pet store or cuttlefish .
As usual the birds will like some greens , like spinach or lettuce , even carrots. Not too much though.

Tanya is mostly correct.
DO NOT FEED COCKATIELS GRIT! It caused crop impactation!
If you need to suppliment calcium, you can purchase liquid calcium (which is a godsend in egg binding emergencies) or you can feed lots of dark leafy greens like spinich and kale.

Lots of cuttlefish and millet. I gave my cockatiels toast in the mornings so that they could feed their babies much easier. Trust me... they like it!
