sweepings from the abbatoir floor, blood, puss, scum, ****, urine,
cancerous bits, tumors, abcesses, half digested grass, embryos, penises, Skin, hair, eyes, anuses,and other offal things..Is it dangerous food.... HOW CAN PEOPLE ENJOY EATING THEM?

Some sausages contain mainly rubbish like pigs noses, ears and the stuff scraped from bones etc. You get what you pay for. Buy a brand and look at the ingredients, if you are not sure what some are then don't buy them. Or even better make your own!

You work in a slaughter house,it's one of those jobs that pay well and you have to accept..apart from that you have'nt to be a animal lover. After doing what you had to do it makes you think what really goes into sausages and other butcher shop products. People dont realize whats what..as long as it looks good. There are two products....WALLS and BAXTERS. I would sooner trust Walls than Baxters. I bought a Baxters steak pie once and heated it in the oven then cut it in two and the contents ran out like gravy....now is that genuine steak meat.

If you buy good quality sausages, from your local butcher, then they will be made from minced pork. They will taste very good.
If you buy the really cheap ones from the supermarket then they may well have all sorts of rubbish in them. You pays your money, you takes your choice.
