This is very embrassing but my concern for it worries me more. well, im pretty sure i've gotten this callous from self pleasuring. when it 1st appeared it was a red spot then it gradually gotten bigger intill it started to hurt like heck. I thought it'll be gone by a week but its still here after 4 5 weeks.
around 2 weeks ago i thought it would be gone because the swelling almost went away but then this rice shaped thing appeared...it kind of hard but it didnt hurt. but a few days ago the rice shaped thing started to form a bump...and it hurts. and i am afraid that the callous came back. i dont know what to do. how can i remove this? o and i am not sexually active by the way.
i know i should goto the doctor and get it checked out but if there are any type of home remedy that is effective then please tell me...thanks

Any unusual bump anywhere on the body should always be medically investigated. Please see a urologist as, without an exam, there is no way to know for sure what is going on. One possibility may be Peyronie’s disease. Peyronie's disease involves forming a lump on the penis...usually on the upper side....that hardens over time. In the mild form of the disease, the lump will go away on it's own in 6 to 15 months. However, if you have a more serious form, the lump will eventually affect the penis' flexibility and cause the penis to bend during erection causing you incredible pain. It would be best to see your urologist to be diagnosed so that you find out if you have Peyronie's (and if so which form) or if you have something else going on.
