The "Swine Flu" vaccine killed hundreds of people in the 1970's. People with allergies to chicken or eggs which are use to make the vaccine can go into anaphylactic shock and die from getting the flu shot. People with immune systems weakened by AIDS,uncontrolled diabetes,chemotherapy,dialysis treatment,transplant anti-rejection medicine,oral steriod treatment for severe asthma,heart disease or MS can actually get the flu from the vaccine and die of the flu.

The flu shot is not in any respect fool-information. The pharmaceutical market does the superb they could to predict the seasonal stress of flu and make the vaccine consequently. maximum situations they get it acceptable and the shot is totally effective. opposite to fantasy, the flu shot won't be able to reason the flu becasue it really is a useless virus. at times someone may have a reaction to the shot, yet that is not an same as getting the flu. in the experience that they get the flu at modern-day following the shot, it really is becasue they'd already decreased in length the virus yet were asymptomatic. genuinely, that's in basic terms twist of destiny. The flu MIST on the different hand is a weakened stay virus and may reason gentle flu indicators. Getting the shot may haven't any touching on making you extra in chance of destiny flu viruses.

The flu shot is very safe provided you are not allergic to eggs. Your professional health care taker is the best to determine if you are a good candidate for it. So, before you get it, discuss your concers with your doctor. My 3 kids get theirs every year and everything is fine (they are not dead). One of them had a reaction to the flue shot the 1st time only and no reaction at all after the first occassion. The reaction was the following: He develot a lot of blisters in his mouth including his tongue and develop fever, I immediately took him to the pediatrician and he prescribed something (I do not remember) for the blisters, I gave him tylenol and they faded away within 3 days. I think that the benefits are excellent and if available to you than you should give it a try.

your question was interesting so i looked it up.. i did find one case but it was in another country...
Following the deaths of 4 residents of Israel who received flu inoculations an investigation is underway
After the deaths of 4 men in Israel after receiving a flu shot manufactured by Sanofi-Aventis, the inoculations have been temporarily suspended. The drug manufacturer is sending a team of investigators to Israel to examine the men that died previously after receiving the vaccine, fearing that a link between their deaths and the vaccine maybe found.
All the men that died, were elderly and suffered from cronic illness unrelated to flu. Belief that the vaccine that they were given may have contributed to their deaths is present, due to the fact that all the men died in as little as 6 days following their flu shot vaccination.
"We are taking this seriously, we are studying it seriously, but we have total confidence in the quality of our product," stated company spokesman Alain Bernal. "This is a vaccine that saves thousands of lives every year."
The 4 residents of Israel that have died are;
Shimon Amar, 76, from Kiryat Gat; Yitzhak Azoulay, 68, Kiryat Gat; Nadav Yerushalmi, 53, Moshav Shekef; and Ziggo Kalenstein,
67, of Petah Tikva.
According to the Health Ministry, a decision will be made within the coming days as to when or if, to reinstate the vaccine.

Absolutely not. The virus they put into your system is already dead but your immune system doesn't know that. Hence it builds an army of white corpusels in reserve to fight off the virus when it really does come. No one has ever died or for that matter gotten sick. They just think they got sick from the shot. Hope this helps.

That's why they ask you if you are allergic to eggs before you get the vaccine.
