Ha ha. I see what you mean, after checking your link.
Obviously a belief in God is a prerequisite for believing in Creation. If you don't believe in God, then you really can't believe in Creation.
What I cannot understand, however, is how some Christians (not all of them, because I am one) cannot believe in evolution, too. If you believe in God, how come you cannot believe God created and/or allowed evolution? The Bible tells us what happened? Well, a lot of the Bible is written in a certain context, and much of it is written in parable. How can you know to interpret the creation story literally? You don't interpret the parables of Christ literally, do you? Of course, this is coming from someone who DOES believe in God. If you do not, then naturally it is a bunch of baloney to you, either way. I am just saying that I cannot understand the close-minded views of some of my counterparts. Even if God exists, it doesn't make Christians the final authority on everything.
Evolution is logical and based on science; a study of the facts, and conclusions drawn from those facts. Sure, it is theory, but it is a theory accepted by a vast majority of scientists. Who's to say that it isn't true? The best you can do, logically, is to say that you don't know if it is true. When it comes down to it, religion is theory, too. Even all religious people are not in agreement on everything, so how can I tell someone who does not believe in God to believe in creation? I can't. It is silly to argue about it.
So I respect your point of view. It is in reaction to someone else's less objective question, and I can hardly blame you for that. Ultimately it comes down to a fundamental belief in the way the world works. The smart thing to do is to respect our differences. What does the creation (through evolution or God or both) really have to do with our lives anyway? I try to be a good person. You try to be a good person. I'm going to try to ignore the intolerant and illogical people and get on with my life. I hope you can, too, without judging all of us as being like that guy. Not that you are here, necessarily, but it is easy to be hypersensitive on a subject like this!
Have a good one!

Because God's Word is true. - plus the fact that God has left us the proof in the creation around us. After all, if you have a wrist watch, who designed it? Did it just appear? In order to have a creation, there has to be a Creator. In order to have a design - there has to be a designer.

Did your big yahoo answer score just appear?
no
Neither could an explosion of a blob (appearing) from nowhere create billions of stars (with precise orbits) or complex life like man that ask why they can't believe in evolution.

Because the Bible says so, for one. The Bible is God's Truth.
And two, how can you think everything that happens just all of a sudden appeared because of a Big Bang? Those would be messy, but we have such detailed creatures...how could that just happen?
Also, if evolution was true...then why do we still have monkeys and apes? Wouldn't they have transformed by now?
You kinda just have to believe. "For we walk by faith, not by sight."
That's my view.

it can't. It is a fairy tale. As time goes by, and the mountains of evidence for evolution continue to grow and as the evidence for creation remains at a constant (none), fewer and fewer people will believe in it. 50 years from now, the story of creation will be a thing of the past, and a joke. It will be the same as us laughing at people who lived 2,000 years ago and thought the world was flat.

How could evolution be plausible, when there really is NO evidence?

Doesn't matter anyway. If someone wants to believe they came from a monkey, and that Jesus doesn't exist, okay. They'll just send themselves to hell eternally. Won't affect me.
