I was in the hospital for more than 2 weeks and they only washed my hair once with this showcap thing. Since then it hasnt smelled nice. I used to shampoo regularly and get compliments for the smell of my hair but now I feel it doesnt smell that great. I just shampooed last night but it doesnt smell nice. Also due to injuries I can't wash my hair everyday. What can I do to improve the smell ? Thanks.

Use Seabreeze near the scalp to strip your scalp of any buildup and then shampoo as usual. I know it sounds weird, but it works. I do this each time I shampoo my hair.

I wonder if some kind of conditioner that smells good and you leave in your hair for a while before rinsing out would improve the smell.

If your hair isn't too oily, you can try a scented leave-in conditioner.
I really am not the authority on such things-- but I believe it would probably work.
