gfriend told me this crap last night
Abandon all hope, can I do anything? Am i screwed???

That means that she cares about you, but is no longer romantically in love with you. I would ask her what has caused these changes, and see if there is anything the two of you can do to work this love back into your relationship. Married couples going through hard times have done it, and you can too. However, if she doesn't want to try, let it go and move on. You might at least keep a friendship.

Honestly - it means she's attempting to let you go easy. That she no longer wants to really spend any time with you, and is trying to give you a gentle goodbye.
Usually, the two of you will talk a lot for the next little while, and then gradually you'll stop hearing from her.
Sorry she left, breakups are never easy especially when you're standing there confused trying to figure out what the hell happened.

She means she loves you but she doesn't want to show the love anymore. The loving feeling is no longer there. She wants out of the relationship. She no longer feels the romance or the passion . She wants to move on with out you.

It means she cares about you, as a person, for who you are, you are important in her life...
... but she does not feel romantic towards you.
It's sad, but it happens a lot. But it's still better than the other way around to be IN love with somebody that you don't really know and turns out to be a jerk, but you still have passionate feelings for, and your heart yearns for what it knows will only bring unhappiness. Better to be loved by people whose opinion you respect, than to be "in-loved" by people who don't respect you.

It means that while she still loves you, she's lost the magic that you guys once shared. I think when bad things sometimes happen in a relationship, it can be easy to fall out of love. But in mine, I kind of fall in and out, but I still stay faithful, and still stay with him until the "magic" feeling comes back.
