It is unavoidable if the person doesn't quit. And yes...very unattractive. I have a friend who is 50 yars old and her mouth is more puckery and wrinkled than my 86 year old grandmother's. She hates it and wishes she never started smoking.

OOHHHH YAH.........I was a smoker, but not for very long
and I have those YUCKY wrinkles.......makes me even MORE SORRY that I ever got sucked into the "peer pressure".
