A Huge Rubberbomb. Huge rubber bomb, dropped from very high altitude on the city. It will jump and bounce and destroy all the city. Range 1000- 50000 tons.

Second question How do I patent it, so noone can steal this idea.

Clarification addad:
I Think we should use Gigantic Hydrogene Filled Ballon (GHFB) to lift it over enemy, and then ignite it, or just roll it from a huge mountain, like Everest

Crap idea!, I'm not a physicist, however, I can see a major flaw to your idea. Once that rubber bomb is dropped, it would lose it's power due to the fact its ability to bounce would be removed by its downward inertia being absorbed by the buildings it is meant to destroy.

Draw up your plans, design it, go to a patent office/lawyer and file your plans. Then go to the military and watch them laugh you out of the room. A "bouncing" rubber bomb would kill too many civilians.

Well I know one thing. The Democrat Congress will never authorize spending money on that weapon or any other.

They are strictly as Zell put it relying on spitballs for defense.

No, it will not work. Bombs are very sensitive.
