Actually I need more info to give you the proper answer. What did you pop hot for? There are many different things that can cause false readings.

B12 deficiency has no known relationship to UDS (urine drug screen). The screen is a simple test that can have false readings, however, if anything is positive, it is immediately sent off for a much more specific confirmatory test. If that test is positive, then it is extremely accurate and that substance is within your system. It is so accurate that it can be used against you in a court of law. you said "cas" and I do not know what that means, however, if you used anything even a month ago, there may still be enough in your system to cause the test to react. Sitting in a room with others smoking marijuana, with you inhaling the smoke can cause the test to be positive as well. Technically, you are inhaling and the test will be positive.

There are drugs that you can get over the counter at any drug store that will cause a positive result for illegal drugs. I dont remember for sure what all of them are but medications like ibuprofen and other things can show up on drug tests as something else. Check into it.

Sorry, a B-12 deficiency isn't going going to make you test positive for illegal drugs.

If this were legitimate, you wouldn't have to worry about fighting a positive drug screen--you'd have doctor documentation.

So, if you didn't do illegal drugs, you wouldn't have to worry about this at all.
