they are the same thing , one starts in My computer dir and the other starts at the root of your machine, showing all drives

As for me, I prefer using the "My Computer". Windows Explorer doesn't work properly sometimes (in my case, for example). WinExplorer is considered to be more useful for sorting the files, 'cause it allows you to drag-and-drop the files just to the folder you wish. But sometimes it can be a better decision to download an alternative file-manager, such as Windows commander or Total Commander, for example.

They are both the same thing. My Computer is a shortcut to windows explorer. If you click on the "Folders" icon in the toolbar in Mycomputer, you will see that it's the same.
