We have a six month old, been together for about three years, got married last weekend. He is the only father that my three year old knows. We need help but don't have much money. Please help.

I thought as soon as he married an american he can stay. Call the US embassy, they should be able to tell you.

go to L.A in the department of imigration you can submit an aplication only if you are a citisen you can do it 4 him if not then you are screwed you are going to be in line 4 a wile and wait for a few years though to get a green card

Did he have anything before? You can go to uscis.gov and get some information on it. The best thing I can tell you to do is get a lawyer or talk to one. I had to with my husband. There are lots of lawyers that you can talk to about it.if you need more help let me know.

You have to be married for more than a year I think for him to become naturalized as a citizen.

Cant, all applications must be made at an embassy.
