how to make a picture clearer?

i took two pictures and it cam out blurry i guess i moved or something how do i make this clearer i have kodak and HP photo smart primere. or if you have something else that works could i send them to you and have you make them clearer?

There's not a whole lot that can remove the blur once it's there. I bet you're talking about night shots? You need to lay the camera down or on a tripod to take non-blurry photos. No matter how still you think you are, you are NOT.
