Obviously, keep them clean and dry. Change socks once a day if you need too. If they are sweaty try baby powder or foot powder to help keep them dry.

Stinky feet are a common problem. In order for our feet to do the job that they do they need to stay moist so the harder you work the more sweat we produce. The sweat creates the perfect environment for bacteria to reproduce. The bacterium then causes the odor. There are several things you can do to avoid or lessen the smell: you can soak your feet in vinegar water once a week; give your feet a thorough cleaning with mild soap every day making sure to focus between your toes; dry them completely don’t forget to dry between the toes; change your sock daily; it is best to wear a breathable fabric like cotton; wear shoes that allow your feet to breath; medicated foot power may also help. However if the condition continuous or gets worse after you take all the above precautions, it is best if you see a foot doctor.

EAT LOTS OF GARLIC. I know, you think eating garlic will make your whole body smell worse ... but my husband and I both eat about one 'clove' (one section of the bulb) of garlic every day, and neither of us has much 'body odor' at all ... because when you eat garlic (or you can take garlic oil as a pill) every day, it 'stinks' only for about a week at most, while it helps 'remove the toxins' in your body ... so after a week your whole body will 'smell much better' and your 'stinky foot problem' will go away. Also, your feet are 'stinky' because you are wearing shoes that don't 'breathe' ... they're probably PLASTIC or are made of HEAVY LEATHER. Try wearing sandals whenever possible, and your feet can 'breathe' ... and that and the 'eating garlic every day' will solve your 'stinky feet' problem.

As one of the posts already stated, soaking your feet in a water and bleach combination for 30 minutes. Before doing this, go to Walmart or Walgreens, and get a foot smoother, they cost about $5.00. Also get some Oder-Eaters Foot Powder that runs about $6.00. After you soak your feet, and before drying, run the smoother over the heel and sole of your feel to remove the build of dead skin. Completely dry your feet, apply the foot powder and put on clean dry socks. You might also want to invest in a new clean pair of shoes that already have the oder trapped in them.
Good luck

some human beings in basic terms have stinky feet. be sure your nephew wears socks with toddler powder in his shoes. also, in the experience that they are stinky, get a small bathtub and fill it with warm water and shaving cream, and make him soak his feet in that. The scent ought to genuinely use up.

Always dress in clean socks once or twice a day, vigorously wash your feet in the bath regularly, and use Gold Bond foot powders and the problem will go away in no time.

Try washing them! lol
Well you can soak them in hot water and epsom salt.
You could also try soaking them in some body gel mixed with hot water in a bowl.
The last solution (which is probably the best) is getting some GoldBond Foot powder.

Soak them in brewed black tea (no sugar.)
If it doesn't work, at least it's refreshing. The tannins help cool and refresh your feet.
Go barefoot as much as possible, and change your socks frequently.
Also, don't wear the same pair of shoes every day. Let them dry out for a day before you wear them again.
