i have noticed stares from quite a few guys lately. usually, what'll happen is i will just turn around and bam! they're staring and i make eye contact but after a split second they look down. and it seems like all the guys i've noticed looking do this. do all guys do the same thing?

if a guy is staring at you he thinks ur attractive and would probably want to ask you out. Yes, guys stare.

It depends on what they are staring at. Are you dressed so flashy that it brings undue attention to yourself?
Are you walking in a way that brings undue attention?
To much make up ?
Is your hair real wild?
Cloths to tight?
How old are you? are you dressing according to your age?
Do you look older than you really are or younger?
For the most part guys are attracted to the opposite sex and stare or look at them, if there is something really different about you that stands out more than what is normal.
If you present your self in a way that makes people think your easy, guys will
stare at you but for the wrong reason.
This is just an older guys point off view.

Just ignore them, you seem young and you should forget about guys and instead study hard so you can do something great like become a scientist.
