Ok here it is there is this huge debate of theology vs science in the US. Why cant you people tell the difference? Why do you think that a country that has been christian waaaay longer than yours (England) just doesnt debate this? Its not in Question here there is no debate, we understand religion and science are separate how come you cant?

Honestly i know I'm gonna get called a troll and a devil worshipper for this but really it never comes up. Its just not an issue, can gay people adopt is an issue sure but christians here are educated you wouldnt get by without it - you cant be a primary school teacher (5 - 11) without understaning this very basic difference.

decicion skills -

1 no I'm not on a rant I truly do not understand

2 I keep hearing a lot about this myth that religion is state controlled in the UK - where show me some proof. I have lived here all my life and i havnt once been told what to believe by the state, or what I cant believe. If you are referring to the Church of England with the Monarchy as it figure head - thats just what it is a figurehead. Believe it or not the Monarchy has abosolutly no power here and church and state have been separate here for a few centurys now.

In America we have sub-par education system with multi-billionaire church propaganda machines. Problem is that many of the educated Christians study only the flawed Creationist literature, so in fact, they are miseducating themselves.

Are you asking a question or ranting?

In the U.S., we have a tradition of granting every religion lots of leeway, while in the UK, religion is state controlled.

We have a very foolish press in the U.S. that fails dismally to analyze news for its relevance. Hence we get overblown rhetoric and ponderous analysis about the death of a starlet who lived her life like it was a train wreck, but no such analysis of the run up to the war in Iraq by the government selected by George HW Bush's bought and paid for supreme court. The press loves a train wreck, loves blood and gore and lots of controversy. If they covered the science versus theology debate honestly there'd be no controversy, hence they'd have to do their jobs for real.

Sigh.

introduction is a non secular tale Evolution is a medical organic and organic concept. there is not any authentic argument right here. one is a technological information topic with over one hundred and fifty years of information in the back of it and the different is a non secular tale written in a e book thousands of years in the past after being exceeded on by technique of storytellers for generations and they have not something to do with one yet another. heavily each person who stands up and says humanity has realized all there is in the present day about each little thing is clearly retarded and desires to be sterilized for the sake of the species so if the case (and not in any respect met each person that asserts we've) why can we assume that persons so in the previous they concept epilepsy became demon possession and that were unable to craft telescopes, etc....they obviously were all understanding and knew all the mysteries of the universe and knew precisely the position it got here from, from what it became made, how lengthy it took.....yet had no clue earth revolved round solar, earth's axis and rotation led to seasons, etc. Now you reported something had to create the large bang....nicely not quite, yet i imagine something did. I think some people here are WAAAAY over the top and their religion kind of blinds them from seeing reality, or at least something that make more sense!

I'm not really sure about this one, I'm not exactly sure why evolution and creation (aka genesis etc) are being portrayed by some people as being an either/or proposition. The reality is that they do not conflict.

why do so many people think it's one or the other? they are two separate issues altogether. the theory of evolution only deals with what happened to life AFTER it began, not HOW it began.

Science deals with evidence, thats why creation is out of the question.

Read your Bible, and you'll soon find the answer to your question. If you look around your world, and think this all happened 'by chance', then I feel sorry for you.
Besides if man evolved from a monkey, ... then why do we still have monkey's????

There's too much freedom in the US, and Creationists abuse their right to be ignorant.

There is no debate, evolution won a long time ago, Creationists just will not let it go.
