It depends on what you want to do with that ISO. An ISO is a CD disc image. A Copy of a CD stored as a file.

Ideally you would want to burn that ISO to a CD. Roxio Easy CD Creator, or Nero are two popular CD burning programs that allow you to burn a CD to a disk.

This link has a tutorial for using Nero Express 6 to burn an ISO/Disc Image.

Roxio Easy Media Creator 8 & 9.

Linux uses Nero, or K3B. .

MacOS X has a burning program built-in.

If you want to view the ISO without burning it, then you could use the afore mentioned WinRAR, or PowerISO, or another similiar utility.

PowerISO allows the ISO to be viewed as if it were a CD in the drive, by creating a "virtual drive". WinRAR, and 7-Zip view it as an archive (ZIP/compressed folder).

Both Linux and MacOS should have utlities included to allow for the viewing of ISO images.
