You might not like this but, I can tell you that what you should do is find out why are you still in love with someone that doesn't care about you. Please, take some time to explore yourself, and build your self esteem.
Another thing, there is anything you can do to make someone love you!!! You can't force love. I strongly believe that if someone doesn't appreciate, care, and respect you, is not for you. You will find someone who loves you, and respect you for who you are. Once you find that person the SPARK will be there, but from BOTH sides...and you will trully enjoy the relationship.
I will forget about him AND MOVE ONE!!! There are plenty men out there!!
Good Luck and blessings

PS. Please love yourself.

if the magic isnt there it isnt there, ask him about his childhood, many emotional troubles such as affection come from child hood things,, but if he isnt willing to change then the choice is yours and yours alone,, isnt any body on here problem, we can only off Suggestions to you,,

my suggest is to look at your relationship this way,, One year from now do you think you will be this way? 5 years, 10 years, is this what you want to do is waste this much time in a emotionless relationship,

I wasted 11 years being married to a drunk, I call it a learning experience,
